1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and mccw ("mccw", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mccw online gaming platform accessible at https://mccw.club, including all games, features, payment services, promotions, and customer support services made available thereon.

Your access to and use of the mccw platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the mccw Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and mccw.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, promotion terms, or bonus conditions published on the platform, the specific terms applicable to that game or promotion will take precedence in relation to that specific matter only. In all other respects, these Terms shall prevail.

Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. The English version is the authoritative and controlling version of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not carry legal weight and, in the event of any discrepancy, the English text governs.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active mccw account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from Bangladesh or a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mccw, or a close family member of any such individual, unless prior written approval has been obtained from mccw.
• You have not previously been excluded from the mccw platform or had an account closed by mccw for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not have an existing active mccw account. Only one registered account per person is permitted.

Age Verification

mccw reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Documents accepted for age and identity verification include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, mccw may place a hold on the player's withdrawal requests and limit access to certain platform features.

Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. All deposits made to the account will be returned to the original payment source, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited without exception.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games and financial services on the mccw platform, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number.

mccw operates a strict one account per person policy. Registering more than one account — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing a player's first withdrawal, mccw will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification check. You will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification document (Bangladesh NID card or passport).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your name and mobile number).

mccw may request additional documentation at any time if required to satisfy its due diligence obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access until the matter is resolved. mccw processes and stores all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mccw username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. mccw will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mccw immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

mccw supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on mccw is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions. Deposits are credited to your mccw account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. mccw does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mccw accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your mccw account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered mccw account holder will be returned and the account reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that matches the player's verified identity. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during normal operating conditions, depending on the payment method and volume of pending requests.

mccw reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any active investigation.

Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mccw does not support foreign currency deposits. If a deposit is initiated from a foreign currency account, the conversion is handled by the relevant payment provider at their prevailing rate, and mccw accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mccw offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your mccw account are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered using real-money stakes before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.

Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the validity period will be removed from your account balance automatically upon expiry. mccw is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was issued.

Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Behaviour

mccw operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer or first-deposit bonus more than once.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) across multiple accounts or in collusion with other players to eliminate risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Using bonus funds on games that are excluded from wagering contribution under the applicable promotion terms.
• Withdrawing a bonus-funded balance before the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

mccw reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close the account, if bonus abuse is detected. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with mccw.

Promotional Eligibility

mccw reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player groups, regions, deposit methods, or game categories. Not all promotions are available to all registered players. mccw may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights accrued by players in the course of an ongoing promotion.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the mccw platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers.

RNG Certification

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on mccw — including slot games and electronic table game variants — use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the initiation of a game round, and cannot be influenced by mccw or any third party.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games on mccw are streamed in real time from regulated studios operated by licenced providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These providers operate under their own regulatory frameworks, and their game outcomes are subject to independent oversight. mccw does not control the physical game environment of live casino studios.

Sportsbook and Cricket Betting

Odds for all sports betting markets, including cricket, handball, and other events, are set by mccw's trading team and are subject to change at any time before a market is closed. mccw reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe, or affected by circumstances that materially alter the conditions under which the bet was originally offered.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects a game outcome or displays an incorrect payout, mccw reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the wagered stakes to the players' accounts. mccw does not recognise or honour winnings that result from a demonstrable technical error, regardless of the amount displayed on screen at the time of the malfunction.

Collusion and Cheating

Any form of collusion between players, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the mccw platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Register more than one account on the mccw platform.
• Use the mccw platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the mccw platform software. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse mccw staff or other platform users in any manner.
• Attempt to access another player's account, or impersonate any person or entity in connection with your use of the platform.
• Use a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true identity or location.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the mccw platform infrastructure.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the mccw platform content without express written authorisation from mccw.

mccw actively monitors player activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Any player found to be engaging in any of the above behaviours will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

mccw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is suspected or confirmed.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player's account is subject to a legal order, court injunction, or regulatory requirement.
• Continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the safety of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure), any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their own mccw account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the mccw support team at [email protected]. Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. mccw reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied, giving them the opportunity to reactivate their account.

9 Limitation of Liability

mccw provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While mccw makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, it does not warrant or guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mccw shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions beyond mccw's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the mccw platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional details.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The conduct, content, or services of any third-party payment provider, game studio, or software supplier integrated into the mccw platform.

In any event, mccw's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to mccw in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mccw's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

mccw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mccw will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the mccw platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. mccw recommends bookmarking this page and revisiting it whenever you receive a notification of an update.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which mccw operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mccw's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the appropriate competent authority or arbitration body as determined by the applicable governing law.
